Intellectual property trusteeship - a new mode of intellectual property service

Intellectual property trusteeship is a new mode of serviced developed based on the nature of law, and the characteristics of non-tangible assets, such as long-term holding, non-monetary, and having unstable economic benefits.

According to the needs of the enterprise, the trusteeship service agency, under the authorization and trusteeship agreement signed to strictly keep the trade secrets of the enterprise, and within the scope of authorization, manages the business related to intellectual property, including consultation, applications, use of intellectual property, transfer and licensing of intellectual property, intellectual property strategy, intellectual property evaluation and use of pledge financing, intellectual property infringement protection and rights enforcement, etc. Through the trusteeship service, enterprises can manage and use their own intangible assets more comprehensively and fully utilise the value of their intangible assets.

High-value patent cultivation - new trend in intellectual property
